Mattresses are often the hardest item to receive through our general item donations. This is primarily due to the high cost. Through community partnerships we can often purchase larger quantities of new or refurbished mattresses for a lower price than the general public. Your gift to our mattress fund can help ensure every family we serve receives a comfortable, clean, new or gently-used mattress for a good night’s sleep.
Home Sweet Home is one of the only agencies in the St. Louis area that accepts used mattresses. If you have a twin, full, or queen mattress to donate, please email donate@homesweethomestl.org to request a pickup. Remember: we only accept clean mattresses that are free of tears, rips, holes, and stains.
