FURNITURE PICKUP SERVICE

We want to make donating your furniture as easy as possible. If you’re unable to bring large items to our warehouse, our team can come to you!

Simply fill out the form below, and our Donations Logistics Coordinator will contact you soon to schedule your pickup.

Current pickup turnaround time: approximately two weeks.

PICKUP OPTIONS & ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

When filling out the Pickup Request Form, choose the option that fits your situation and review access requirements carefully so our movers can safely retrieve your items.

INDOOR PICKUP  $35

If movers must enter your building to collect items, a flat fee of $35 applies to cover insurance and labor.

  • First-floor access only unless an elevator is available (no stairs)
  • Clear paths and doorways
  • Someone 18+ should be present to provide access

OUTDOOR PICKUP  FREE

This option is free because we want our services to be as accessible as possible for everyone who wants to give back.

  • Leave items curbside, on a porch, or in a garage
  • Accessible from ground level (no stairs)
  • No need to be home during pickup (unless items are in closed garage)

STORAGE UNITS & SPECIAL ACCESS

We do pick up from storage units. Please arrange gate codes, unit access, and have items near the unit entrance so movers can load efficiently. If the property requires temporary parking permits or loading dock reservations, please secure those in advance.

HOW IT WORKS

A clear step-by-step overview of the donation pickup process.

1 SUBMIT REQUEST

2 SCHEDULING

Our Donations Logistics Coordinator will contact you to confirm items meet our guidelines and schedule a pickup date and time.

3 DAY OF PICKUP

Pickup slots are Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM–12:00 PM or 1:00 PM–4:00 PM. You will be assigned a specific slot; movers will call when they are on their way to your location.

4 FOLLOW-UP

After we pick up your items, you’ll receive a tax receipt. We’ll also send a text with an optional survey the following business day to get your feedback and help us improve our services!

MEET OUR MOVERS

Our movers are trained to handle furniture safely, carefully, and respectfully. On pickup day, our movers inspect everything on arrival. If an item does not meet our standards, they will kindly decline it at pickup. This policy helps us ensure donated items honor the dignity and meet the needs of the families we serve.

Arrival
When you arrive, pull up around the building to our dock doors. A staff member or volunteer will greet you and assist you with unloading your donation.
